Dean Benevice is the very BEST realtor we have ever worked with! He sold two properties for us as we were moving out of state. He took care of every issue that came up; hiring contractors and overseeing the completed work, then arranging for inspectors to come back again. Due to personal reasons, we had multiple setbacks during our purchasing process, but he was always always able to help us navigate them and find solutions.
