If you’re thinking about obtaining ‘therapy’ here DON’T! Dr. Vila is unethical and unprofessional. He lied to me several times and was caught. Do not bring your children here either. Upon proving to Dr. Wellman that Dr. Vila quit his services via text and email, he was finally forced to stop therapy sessions. RUN do not walk away from this practice.

I found Wellman after moving back to Chicago from NYC after ending a 20 year relationship. I was pretty broken. I was in search of a LGTBQ friendly practice with deep experience in psychology. The practice itself is great - well appointed and comfortable with homey counseling rooms. I was so lucky to find Dr Louis Formica. He has helped me grow and get to know myself as well as challenged me to be vulnerable and dig deep into how I am feeling. Would highly recommend Louis and this practice
