Never got to talk to him, MDLive is a joke, logging in was like pulling teeth, website said doctor would wait 10 minutes for patients to show up to appointment this guy cancelled after 5, great way to treat people who need meds to function in their daily lives.

I would give this idiot zero stars if I could.  I have seen him for well over 20 years for medication management.  One month ago I was diagnosed with cancer.  I called him when I got home from the hospital, and left him a message on his cell phone telling him my diagnosis and that I need to talk to him and cannot wait 1 and a half weeks for my appointment. I also need a refill on a med.  He got the message because he refilled my med.  Never called me or reached out.  I called 4 days later and asked for s call .  No return call. Finally 2 days after that I Saify if you don't return this call ,  I will file a complaint with the Illinois Department of Professional Licences.  Sure enough got a call right back.   I demanded to know why he couldn't return an urgent call.  Twice?  He said, "he's too busy".  I said what did you say? He said "I'm too busy".   Too busy to help a patient with a cancer diagnosis?  This guy should be barred from practicing medicine, and I am in the process of filing a complaint.
