Advantage Management

Property Management companies are a dime a dozen in Chicago, and most are useless at best, but Advantage Management has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Kenny Parquette and everyone else at Advantage Management I've interacted with have been prompt and attentive at addressing my and the building's concerns. Couldn't ask for more from a property management company, and happy that we have them at our building.

I lived in a condo building in the West Loop in Chicago for 7 years that was managed by Kenny Parquette of Advantage Management, and they consistently provided quality service. Kenny is attentive and hands on, easy to work with, never missed a Board meeting, and responds promptly and thoughtfully to emails from residents and Board members. Advantage will be on site when there is any kind of issue, often in minutes, whether it is during the day, night, or on a weekend. Our custodian crew and engineer staff are also excellent. Highly recommend.
