        We initiated our project with Polar Print in August 2023 and wrapped it up by February 2024. Despite our patience, we experienced lack of service from Karolina. Karolina failed to respond to our messages and frequently missed scheduled installations. We waited 2 months for a specific custom flag to be ordered, in which took multiple texts to see the status of the order. Once installed, they ripped 2 days later. After reaching out to Karolina that this had happened she has completely ignored the situation. I would advise you to work with another print shop that cares for customer satisfaction. Our experience with Polar Print was ultimately a waste of time and money.
