Bright Horizons at Cook County/City of Chicago Child Development Center

Excellent childcare facility. My baby has been here since 3 months and has exceeded all developmental milestones. They believe in the development of the whole child. The teachers and staff are very caring, friendly, and passionate as well!

We had a wonderful experience in this center, our toddler definitively loves it! The teachers are so nice and warm with the kids, very attentive with their needs and very positive when teaching. We transfered our daughter from another center and could feel the difference since the first day she is very happy when we pick her up, she has learned a lot, she loves her teachers and classmates and she loves going there every day! Also, the environment is very safe and welcoming, encouraging the kids to play and have fun. Every day we receive a lot of photos and a full report of what our daughter is learning, feeding, etc. I really recommend this center, we have had the best experience ever, and the most important: our daughter really loves it!!

Superlative care and dedication, the people here are the best! My little girl keeps talking about her miss and the amazing things she is learning. Super safe and the systems get me updated. 5 stars with no doubt.

I called and had a zoom meeting and I also informed them Im in a rush to get him into daycare so I can go back to work. I guess because Im black and live in a shelter the lady by the name of sue ocallaghan assumed I couldnt afford it or something when I informed her me and the step father are paying. My baby is three months and its been difficult seeking child care. I loved the place when I saw it via zoom. One even emailed her again and no response. I feel disrespected and stepped on at this point because there was only one spot left which Im sure is filled. I would not recommend this facility just based off my first impression

We decided to transfer our daughter over to Cook County Bright Horizon a few months back and it was one of the best decisions we made. They have a nice and clean environment, inspiring and fun curriculum and most importantly, loving teachers and staff whom she really enjoys spending time with. Their COVID related procedures give me comforts and they have been responsive to parents' feedback. It's a great investment for our family.
