We love the IMD team and sending our 4 year old to preschool there. The facility is secure, clean, and engaging for our rambunctious child. It has been about a year of them attending and the growth they have shown is tremendous. Their vocabulary has expanded, they have kind and friendly interactions with classmates and staff, they are active and helpful with the daily class routine, and they are just happy to be there. We are so thankful for Ms. Gina, Ms. Laquita, and Ms. Ebony for providing such a nurturing environment for our child.

We love the Bright Horizons IMD team! Our daughter frequently attends for back up care and we couldn't be happier. From the teachers to the staff to the management - everyone remembers our daughter's name, says hello, and makes us feel welcome and supported.

I cannot recommend this daycare enough! From the moment we enrolled our toddler, weve been continuously impressed with the high level of professionalism shown by Gina & Laquita. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the children are apparent in everything they do. The curriculum is another standout feature, thoughtfully designed to promote early learning and development in a fun and engaging way. Its been a joy to see our child excelling, and much of that credit goes to the structured yet flexible learning environment theyve created. Cleanliness is a top priority here, which is incredibly reassuring. The facility is always spotless, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the kids. What sets this daycare apart for me, though, are the innovative programs offered throughout the year, keeping the children engaged and making learning enjoyable. Additionally, the use of an app to provide real-time updates is a game-changer for busy parents like us. It allows us to stay connected with our childs day-to-day activities and progress, which is incredibly valuable. The staffs communication is exemplary, ensuring that were always well-informed and feeling like a part of our childs learning journey. Their openness and willingness to share learnings and insights with parents make us feel truly involved. Its proximity to downtown is the cherry on top, making drop-offs and pick-ups a breeze for those of us working or living near the area. This daycare is a nurturing, educational, and safe environment where children thrive. The dedication of the staff, combined with the well-rounded curriculum and excellent facilities, make it a top choice for any parent. Im grateful for the positive impact its had on our toddler and our family as a whole.

Education, is a precursor of success. I devote a lot of time to ensuring my children are properly educated and cared for by genuine providers aside from myself. In a perfect world, all children irregardless of social status should be afforded the opportunity to learn and thrive. As a single mom and graduate student I am well aware of the politics surrounding education. I have since then noticed that it even begins at an early age. I called to inquire about enrollment and if they accepted child care assistance they said they do not at any of their locations. The prejudices in education are transparent. It is as if to say, because I cant afford $400-500 a week my child should not have access? This is a grave disservice to many of the brilliant minds, that are developing in the low-socioeconomic areas. My 2 yr old has a profound interest in airplanes, reconstructing toys and NASA. I would love for him to continue to develop his interest in science at an early age. But unfortunately, because of economic discrimination, he has to go where I can afford knowing that the resources are limited, understaffed and uninvested. Your company is perpetuating a horrendous cycle, where the poor remains poor because of access to proper education. Very disappointed in this so called, reputable child care program that only provides services if you have a specific INCOME.
