Today I went to pick up a box that was sent to me from New York. First, my ID was not valid. I went home and came back with my ID. Now that they need correspondence to reach me, I returned home and brought them some receipts. and I showed him the online receipt for the electricity that doesn't work either, it has to be the envelope in which they send me the correspondence (which one tears when a letter arrives) this seems disrespectful to me that they play with time On the one hand, I am Latina and the most treatment and racism that the supervisor and employee who treated me had was noticeable. This is an office in the country and they have the worst service in the world. Now I don't know how to claim my box I felt mistreated and discriminated against by these people. This is the supervisor who has waist-length blonde hair.

By far the best post office I've been to, staff is always in a great mood, very welcoming and trying hard to get everyone in and out as fast as they can. They have all made my experiences great for months now!

Nickie, these stars are for YOU! I had such a predetermined mindset that when I walked into the post office, Id spend a long time in line only to be met with a postal worker who is checked out or possibly annoyed with my questions. Nickie at the Cicero location has changed my views entirely on running an errand to my local post office. Ive gone in now twice with a clerical issue and having missed a deadline for a change of address and in both circumstances, Nickie has gone above and beyond to help me navigate forms, iron out kinks in the process, and make sure that I have all the necessary details in order to fix my issue. Nickie, I am so grateful to you for your patience and clarity. I know I need to come in one more time to submit my final form, but I am so happy to do so since I know I can plan to be there when Nickie is working. Hopefully! From the looks of it, all of the postal workers at this location are also working hard like Nickie. Ive only visited this location twice since moving so my only experience has been working with Nickie, but from watching others get help, I can assume that others on the team are also just as helpful! Update: I also got to go in and work with Katrina who was also so wonderful with all that I had to get sent and organized!

Today my clerk #25 was awesome she was friendly to everyone and worked efficiently she even restocked the area quickly with such a good attitude. Big difference to other clerks that usually work there.

Worse postal office I been to. Is located near me only 4 blocks but the service here is horrible. I mean horrible, people can skip lines and the employed say nothing. Was waiting in line on a throat at 11am. Employees take forever servicing anyone. Line was over 10 people but only 2 employees. Horrible customer service not I remember why I always go to another. Avoid if you can coming here.
