If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I was referred to this office after I broke a bone in my foot back in September of last year. I was told to let the bone heal on its own. Fast forward to November I had a follow up appointment and was told the same thing after I specifically told them I noticed pain in my ankle. They ignored me. I had gotten fed up and had my PCP give me a referral to another podiatrist. I had explained my pain to my new podiatrist, he made it a priority to make sure everything was healing as it should. Fast forward to having an MRI done, we finally figured out I had torn ligaments in my ankle and my fracture wasnt healing either. Not only was I told surgery was my only option, I was told that seeing Chicago foot center definitely was a mistake. Dont waste your time. See absolutely anyone else. This place is a rip off.

On April 2, 2022 I entered ADVOCATE ILLINOIS MASONIC MEDICAL CENTER, to receive an Abdominal CTSCAN. I was immediately greeted by the intake staff, & only waited a few minutes before I was escorted by my technician to the room where the scan was given. My technician's name is ARIEL. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more conscientious, professional technician. Ariel asked questions, & provided instructions, both things helped me to relax. I give my experience today 5-STARS. I have scheduled a colonoscopy, & I can only hope that my experience with receiving a colonoscopy be as positive as my CTSCAN was today... Sincerely, ROBERT BARNES

This place doesn't deserve a star at all. They don't return phone calls u never get the right referrals and it takes too long. Guess they don't care about people health!!
