I recently had need of services from Burris and Sons for two backed up tubs. Mr. Burris responded quickly, explaining what work might be needed. Mr. Burris explained how I could address similar situation in the future and provided steps to take in order to reduce or prevent the likelihood of similar backups. Mr. Burris assessed the situation and provided a quick resolution. This is the second time in 5+ years I've needed the survice of Burris and Sons. I highly recommend their services as they are knowledgeable and courteous.

My family always relied on Burris & Sons for repairs. My furnace went out Saturday night and Mr. Burris came out the next morning. Not only did he repair the furnace he educated me for future references, and he's not going to price gouge you. There's nothing he cant fix! Expertise and professionalism is what you'll receive Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying this: I rarely write reviews, but Mr. Burris' service was so exceptional, I felt compelled to share my experience.
From the get-go, Mr. Burris impressed me with his knowledge. He wasn't just there to fix the problem; he took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue and what steps he would take to resolve it. He made sure I understood everything in layman's terms, which put me at ease throughout the entire process.
There's nothing worse than feeling like you're being taken advantage of by a plumber. With Mr. Burris, that was never a concern. He's clearly an expert in his field, and his transparency instilled a lot of confidence in his work.
On top of his expertise, Mr. Burris was also very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.
In short, if you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, professional, and makes customer understanding a priority, then look no further than Mr. Burris. I highly recommend his services!
