People on the docks are nice, they open up closer to 6:30am dock doors 10-11 are the only ones they use theres a door bell on wall by the dock near the dumpster. And NO OVER NIGHT PARKING. back in off of street with traffic coming from both directions. Restrooms are questionable they have signs says no public bathrooms.

Okay. I try not to give a review from just one visit but there are some things that commercial drivers need to know before coming here. 1. Bring snacks and a drink or 2 because it is a bit of a wait. They have a bathroom but use the facilities before coming here anyway because it might take a bit to park here. 2. This business is located on a busy street. There are NO PLACES to park along the street so you need to pull into the right place the FIRST TIME to save yourself a headache. 3. Look for bay numbers 7-12. Bays 10-11 belong to ORBIS. Back into those bays then ring the bell at 12. The staff are friendly and helpful but getting here is a pain for beginners. Backing is dangerous so be careful.

Two hour load time which is normal. 4 stars because dock location is on busy street.

unfriendly place, they don't respect the driver's time, they work slowly
