This place is trash the manager should be fired I placed my order a day before I had the order for a party I don't know what happened earlier that the cops were involved I went to pick up my order she said it'll be ready in 15 minutes I went back and the manager said that she won't do them bc they had a problem, a lot of people were complaining for there order they were. Didn't order a pepperoni pizza well done and someone had to actually slice it and then box it thinking it was ok to sell this to someone. SMh

I made the mistake of going here the other day even though my previous experience sucked. Went inside and waited in line. One person ahead of me and a few people waiting for their pizzas. I ordered a simple order, one pepporoni ,one cheese and crazy bread. It took 35 minutes to get my pizza. They only had one guy taking the orders and handing out the pizza and he seemed confused. I think they are shorthanded. Even people that ordered online had to wait around for their pizzas. The manager kept shooing us out saying because of covid we had to wait outside. But they never came out to tell anyone their pizza orders were ready. It was chaos. If you like waiting along time for your order please go here.

Ordered thru their app had order delivered and the bread sticks and pizza dough were raw. Called location the Asst. Manager said the dough wasn't working right but i was cooked . Asst. Manager said there is nothing he can do to call customer service...I did try but when prompted to press 1 for English it doesn't work. I told him that and he was very rude he was like what do you want me to do. I asked for the Manager and he hung up on me.
