        Utterly disappointed that one of our favorite pizza places sent us this pizza. We ordered just a large stuffed crust cheese pizza, and got a pizza with no stuffed crust and with burnt cheese that slid to one side of the pizza. I paid $40 for a pizza that really isn't worth even half that much, especially since it doesn't have the right crust or delicious cheese throughout the entire pizza. This was our first time ordering delivery from Bacci. We did get a $9.54 refund from DoorDash, but I feel like that wasn't a fair refund for the pizza we got. What a shame.
