Domino's Pizza

Always seem to burn my pizza. If you order shortly before they close they seem to rush. And then when you call there is no answer. This is not the first time this happened

Service is okay, its just the fact that sometimes they cant always deliver your food instead want you to pick the order up yourself after waiting for so long

Horrible customer service,it took her 17 minutes to answer 1 simple question,and i.first asked for specials she did not mention any of what theirs website says. I thought you guys can do better than that!!! How am I going to trust you on making my food??? Or some employee peeing in the sink again. Will never ever again call Dominos

Bad customer service. I received a call a couple of minutes before my order was due to get delivered. I was notified there were no more brownies and if it was okay to change my order. If it was okay to switch to the cinnamon twists. I said it was fine. Once I received my order. I understood why I got that call. I ended up getting the brownies. Which were burned! Couldn't and shouldn't have to try and scrape the burnt off! Just ridiculous to get charged for something that's useless! They should of just thrown it away and refunded me my money! I guess they really don't value customers and their business!

If I could give zero Stars I would. I ordered at 6:46 withy order being prepared by Eddie. After ordering online there was a pop up staying I would be called to have my order confirmed. I never got that call so I called the store. I was on hold for 12 minutes before I decided to get up get dressed and go to the store myself. there was no way of even knowing if the store was open because nobody would answer. When I got to the store the phone was ringing off the hook would not be picked up an employee was yelled at for picking up the phone. At this point it's been 15 minutes on hold and tracker never updated past prep. I paid for delivery, and tip plus had to pick up myself. I was only returned $5. In this in store time 2 people walked away after being ignored. 10/10 would not recommend. Buy a Petes pizza and make it at home
