I took a print to get framed and when I picked it up the art was visibly off centered. They reframed it for me and the second time there were black fuzzies in the glass and eraser streaks on my print. I needed it for a gift that day so I had no other choice but to take it as is. I will not be returning.

I cannot say better things about my experience at The Great Frame Up, and in particular with their employee Mary. From the moment you walk into the store you can tell these people care about the craft. Mary was eager to talk through options and walk me through my various choices with regard to framing my piece; as a first-time custom framer she was patient with me and answered my many questions with ease and excellent customer service. She treated my piece as if it was her own and I was stunned with the quality of the final product. If I, or anyone in my circle, is looking to frame something going forward I will 1000% be sending them to The Great Frame Up!
