I can't speak highly enough about John as a Physical Therapist, personal trainer, and human being. He is knowledgable, motivational, and makes the time fly. My entire family has worked with John through various injuries and illness, and he has the ability to meet you where you are. He has helped my teenage son, an elite athlete, recover from an overuse injury, my husband with back pain, my daughter with chronic knee issues, and over the past year, he has worked with me as I battled breast cancer. He worked with me throughout my chemotherapy and surgical recovery (not all days were good days but we persevered together) so that I could hit the ground running when my medical treatments were done. After a ski accident during which I fractured my pelvis in several places, my surgeon advised that I was not to put weight on my right leg for 3 months. Fortunately, a neighbor referred me to John, as she had such a great experience with him. John took me from being wheelchair bound to walking miles at a time. His encouragement, expertise and careful pacing of my physical therapy were invaluable to my recovery. The personal attention he gives each of his clients makes all the difference - hes truly extraordinary!

John helped me manage my neck and back pain after years of injuries began to add up. He was flexible with availability and explained pricing clearly and thoroughly. He helped relieve pain with approachable and practical exercises that allowed me better range of motion without pain.

I worked with John for two months while I was in town in Chicago recovering from an ACL reconstruction. Admittedly I was pretty nervous after having my first significant operation but he was very thorough and walked me through the process and answered my questions. Definitely put me at ease! I can honestly say I made awesome strides in my recovery and felt super comfortable with him throughout the whole process. I had great success with a combo of dry needling, massage, stretching, and strengthening program and could not recommend him enough. My knee feels back to normal and I'm active again (including overcoming that mental fear of re-injuring my knee)

Had a great experience working with John. I had been battling knee and lower back soreness for years after incurring numerous sports-related injuries. He was able to provide an exercise and rehab regimen that worked around my schedule and physical limitations and completely transformed the troubled areas to the point where I no longer have pain. Honestly, what I thought for sure would take months to recover only took a handful of sessions to get back to where I wanted.
