Walgreens Pharmacy

Trying to get on the phone with the staff at this pharmacy is a nightmare. As of writing this I've been waiting on hold for 30 minutes in an attempt to transfer a prescription from a different branch. I recommend the Jewel Osco down the road if you want something dependable.

Pharmacy extremely slow due to lack of workers vs demand. They had so many things posted into the drive through window that after 10m when someone showed up, they pointed to a sign that says walk up not welcome. I didn't even see it.

Im giving them 2 stars because of how not on time they are. I understand having to wait in line for my prescriptions, thats not a huge deal. But its every single time. And when you go to the clinic or go to get the vaccine, they check you in and then forget about you and then they make you wait 30 minutes to an hour to get service. They dont even tell you that theres a wait! You have to come to them to make sure they dont forget you. Its so incredibly rude that places do this. But its just how it is at every single doctor or pharmacy Ive been to in America. If youre more than a couple minutes late they refuse to see you, but they can stand you up for a long time and youre supposed to just take it? Disgusting. For the amount of money that were going to get health care we should have better service. So sad.
