        Laziness, ineptitude, and slowness is a synopsis of this department. No reason they accidentally canceled an pain medication and gave me a time window of 10 minutes which turned into an hour. Need it after surgery so I suffered. Go North, theyd never treat you like this!!

        Waited 2 hours for a Covid vax..had an appt. prior to coming. I had to ask for a clip board to fill out necessary info. I gave up.
