The worst clinic ever even when you make it to your appointment on time you still wait for over 2hours to see the doctor, this is a joke of a clinic

Frequent this location when I need to ‘walk-in.’ Went and the nurse practitioner/Dr that I saw gave me a prescription (blood pressure pills) that needed to be changed (per Pharmacy/they were on back order). The pharmacy sent over info to dr office, no response. I waited a few days called both pharmacy and dr office.. still no updates from dr office. I went back to dr office and explained. The person at front desk told me dr was at lunch and I could either wait or come back. Why would I need to sit and wait when everything is in the computer system, the medication should just be adjusted/switched which is a very easy task!!! I knew it was possible because I had a combination pill that needed to be adjusted to two pills. Once I suggested I was going to contact their c.s. Number the woman at front desk told me she’d leave a message for the dr and her assistant and someone would be sure to follow up with me. No one ever called me back and I never got the prescription from this location.
