Chicago Tongue-Tie Center

We had a great experience with Dr. Justin, who revised our newborns tongue tie, as well as the rest of the staff. Dr. Justin was very informative and straightforward while also being extremely friendly and empathetic. We were especially nervous about the procedure and aftercare, but both Dr. Justin and his assistant (I believe her name is Carol) made us feel more at ease and confident. We felt they truly cared about our baby. We have also experienced great improvement in breastfeeding after the procedure. I would absolutely recommend the Chicago Tongue-Tie Center and am very glad we chose to go to them!

We had a great experience with Dr Bindi. She was really thorough with the consult and explained all aspects of her assessment and rationale for treatment. We were able to do our newborns buccal, labial, and lingual frenectomies immediately following the consult which was super helpful for us being new parents to not have to coordinate an additional office appointment.

What stood out to me was the centers thorough approach; they conducted a comprehensive evaluation and, to our relief, advised that a procedure was not necessary for my daughter. They took the time to answer all our questions and provided us with guidance on what steps to take next. Its rare to find such a dedicated and compassionate team. My 4 yr old daughter visited Dr. Justin on January 3rd for a consultation about her tongue tie. Originally the visit was only supposed to be a consultation but we lived rather far and Dr. Justin said he'd make time to do the procedure that day if we were comfortable with it. We talked it over and decided to just go ahead and do it. The procedure itself wasn't long and the waiting experience was wonderful. His assistant that was working with our daughter to get her ready and minimize her discomfort and fear was amazing. She did many different voices and made animal noises, she was easily able to put our daughter at ease. As she worked on our daughters fears she was also able to comfort us and keep our worried minds occupied. She asked us questions about our child's siblings and pets, it was really a personalized experience. Dr. Justin showed us a picture of his child almost to let us know he is a parent as well and can empathize with all our concerns. They all worked so well with her and did a wonderful job. She even got to pick prizes at the end. After the procedure I was able to directly talk to Dr. Justin and send him pictures of my daughters progress just to put my mind at ease about the healing process. The first few days of healing for her were tough but after, she was speaking much clearer and her sleeping patterns improved. No more snoring and constant waking up. Her speech pathologist also said she's working her tongue very well. I'm so pleased with the overall experience plus the staff. I would recommend them to anyone in need of something like this. They care about your child and it isn't just a job.
