Ive been to the other two shops on the same block and they both underestimated the value of my consoles and jewelry that Ive used for loans. I havent had any issues with any of the clerks and the management when asked for their input were more than lenient when it came to a payment or loan increase.

I CALLED THIS LOCATION THEN THE LADY WHOEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS MAD AT ME FOR NO REASON,SO I ASKED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER,THE MANAGER TOLD ME I COULD COME IN ,SO I DID, ONCE I DID I WAS THERE THEY SAID I WAS BANNED IN THE SYSTEM NOW I CANT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY CASH OF AMERICA! SO I STARTED CALLING AROUND 2 ASK WHY WAS I BANNED ,1/9/2024 @1:52 P.M I CALLED THIS LOCATION BACK , THE MANAGER HUNG UP IN MY FACE TWICE,NOT EXPLAINING WHY I WAS BANNED AND NOT LETTING ME EXPLAIN MYSELF OR EVEN LET ME TALK! NEXT TIME ILL RECORD THE CONVERSATION BECAUSE IM SURE THEY ARE GONNA MAKE UP LIES NOW ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED,WHOAH.

Over the phone they offered me $60 for a PlayStation 4 and $60 for a PlayStation 3 I asked if I needed an HDMI cable or a controller and they said no but if you have it. Fast forward I come in and they tell me they cannot accept it without a controller and they will only give me $25 for each of them. Classic bait and Switch
