They always put the photos in the wrong folder. Every time I come to pick up the photos, it's someone else's photo. The name and phone number are mine, but the photos inside are someone else's several times, and they won't reprint them so I can order them again. Damn it! of

The Windy City, what a place Chicago is. Always bustling with energy, from the busy sidewalks along State Street to lively Wrigleyville. And when you're on the go in this giant metropolis, it's nice to have a nearby pharmacy to duck into. This particular Walgreens location at Halsted and 30th seemed so convenient, close to the Crosstown train that could whisk me anywhere in the city. But oh my, what a mess I found inside. Shelves half bare as if they just couldn't keep up with demand. Two employees scurrying around in a panic, one on the phone and the other restocking at a sluggish pace. The lighting was this harsh artificial glow that did nothing for the vibe. And don't even get me started on the checkout area, it was such a narrow cramped space with no social distancing in place. I located the allergy meds I came for only to find they were past their expiration date! Had to abandon ship and hope the Walgreens down on Clark street had a better selection. What a chore. This location really needs to step it up if they want to keep up with customers' needs. Maybe hire some extra help during rush hours or rethink that gloomy lighting scheme. The potential is there what with the prime corner spot, they just need to spruce things up and get more organized. For now, I'd recommend checking elsewhere for your pharmacy needs unless you enjoy stress-shopping. There are better options around for sure.

The manager of this store has a very bad attitude and serious racial discrimination. I do not recommend everyone to come to this store again.
