Extremely rude front desk staff Jerry who made me go downstairs to get my guest, all because my guest calmly asked him to relax after he began yelling at my guest. Jerry seems to get angry easily and displaces his mood swings and frustration from one guest to the next guest waiting in line. He rationalizes his behavior with because the residents pay good money to ensure their safety. However, Im wondering if were paying for customer service in addition to safety. Is this the first time this has happened?

I love this building. I lived here for several months and was so happy with everything. The building itself is in such a unique location to get great views of the lake. The pool is so nice during the summer (and with the reflection of the building, you can see the planes in the reflection if you time it right ;) ) The gym is great, which i suspect partially because Equinox is owned by Related as well. The gym gives very lux vibes, which motivated my workouts the same ways an Equinox always does. Would definitely check out the building if considering a move back to the city.

We've lived here now going on our 4th year. It's way to hard to leave! First of all, after living in a number of other high rises, this one is dead silent. No parties, loud dogs or neighbors dishes clanking. We sleep soundly. Second, the views are amazing, especially if you just want to hang out on the pool deck. Third, the staff is very professional and super helpful with carrying groceries up and delivering Amazon to your door. That's a big deal. If you are looking to move I would highly recommend this building. Oh, walking to the beach is right across the street.
