My car got broken into 3 time they run this garage horribly no wants to take responsibility

Entrance is on 13th Street, not Michigan. Only have booked this through Spot Hero. Scan code has always worked and the lot has never been full. Make sure to check the mirrors on the walls to see if a car is coming from th opposite direction as there isn't space for 2 cars when making turns.

Didn't really have any issues here. I'm from out of state so perhaps I'm out of the loop but you can't get back into the garage unless you go thru the main lobby. Aside from that confusion no issues. Seemed pretty secure. Sort walk to the field museum and cheaper.

Terrible service. Reserved a spot through Spothero for Bears game. As we were arriving another Spothero customer was leaving, saying there were not spots available. Others were also driving around and could not find spots, so they weren't oversold by just one. No attendant on duty and no one to help. Utter disregard for their customers. Try finding parking near Soldier Field DURING a Bears game - we could not - and had to go home, having wasted Bears tickets and 60 miles of driving. Son was crying since we couldn't go to the game. Bad business!
