        0 stars. They are not clear when parking is full. Most facilities put the sign in the middle of the entrance ramp, but their's was off to the side. When I was denied access and called for assistance, they told me to back up down the curved elevated ramp because I "chose to ignore the sign." They refused to buzz me through to turn around safely. Why would I drive through unless it was confusing? Horrible, idiotic and rude.

        Parked here on two occasions. Both times there were a train of cars stuck at the exit because the machine has issues reading tickets. Took 30+ minutes to leave...

        They tell you after you pay to go park some where else. When request your refund you cant get a hold of them its just an email. Stay far way from this garage. They SCAM you and take money for services not used.
