SP+ Parking

The scanner is useless once you forget the codes on the parking ticket; there's almost no way to return. Firstly, the person answering the help bottom is of no help at all, only instructing us to find the apartment/parking lot management. Then, when we found them, although they were friendly, they couldn't help us enter the parking lot. Moreover, the elevator that goes directly to the parking lot was under maintenance, which resulted in us wandering around for an hour and a half, unable to enter through any of the indicated places or possible entrances. In the end, it was a kind security staff who took us there and parked her car at the door to help us open it. The design of the parking lot is extremely unreasonable.

Do not park here. If you do, then you will have trouble finding it. Heres how: Go to lower LOWER Randolph. If youre on lower Wacker or Lower Columbus or Lower Randolph, you must find a way to get one level below that. Then its on 2x Lower Randolph kind of towards the lake. Alternatively, theres an apartment building at 201 N Westshore and a parking ramp down right next to it. You can reach this garage by going down that ramp and turning right. Its very difficult to find and not a nice garage. We stayed at the St Regis and its actually not too far a walk if you use the LL5 elevator below SR.

Impossible to find since its located in the lower lower level of Randolph st. Very sketchy location with no elevator to the street. Scanners to enter and exit dont work. Pay more and park elsewhere. Do not park here!

It was a bit confusing to find but I ask and get directions. Turn out very convenient as we visit touristic places (fountain & bean), went for dinner , play & watch fireworks in navy pier.
