My pick up truck tonneau cover was broken open and my emergency car starter was stolen. I tried calling the Car garage company for help and no one answered.

They oversold parking on a Friday afternoon. I purchased the pass using ParkChirp and didnt have a way to get a refund since Id used the QR code to get in. DO NOT USE PARKCHIRP TO BUY A SPOT IN THIS DECK ON A WEEKEND. It might be oversold. I circled around the entire deck for 30 mins, asked 4 sets of ppl by their cars if they are leaving (theyd all been asked by other cars from the way they knew exactly what I was about to ask). There were 2 cars ahead of me and at least 2 more behind me all circling the deck multiple times and I saw one find a spot, and the rest give up and leave. After I had circled the parking deck 4 times and given up and was about to leave, I finally noticed that a car that was parked in an area that didnt look legal, by the exits, was gone. I was so fed up and late to my appt that I drove over a cone to park in that spot. A guy who told me to wait until the post office workers got off at 5 pm told me that was an okay spot to park, so I was relieved.
