Extremely rude Property manager. Stay far away from this property. She hung up on my face for asking questions regarding their availability. My thing is if they are rude on the phone Im sure they are rude in person. I spoke with a lady named Quinn. If spoke cares about consumers they will immediately remove this lady because they will be many more reviews like this to come. Next time before you hang up on ppl bc you think you are above the law make sure you dont have Google bc clients like me will absolutely warn other consumers to be aware!!

Terrible property manager! Just rude! Save your money go elsewhere. Asked my realtor to help me find an apartment here and she got met with a horrible attitude. Poor staff because the property manager doesnt set a good example as she herself has poor customer service skills. Will spread this information all over Chicago to make sure that she is relieved of her position. You cannot be rude to ppl that Lee you in your position to get paid. You are not higher than anymore. You work for the ppl and therefore you can loose your job just as quickly as you got it. Do better Quinn!
