        Worst parking situation. They charge residents $278 monthly, while giving discounts for full -time parking to other people who work/live in the area but not in the building. For example, someone who goes to school nearby can park for $185 monthly, even if they use the garage 24/7. While, someone who lives here still has to pay almost $100 more due to being "tax exempt." Customer service is non-existent. Nobody ever answers the phone. People come in the garage and burglarize cars all the time, and nothing can be done to fix the problem. They cannot even access their cameras to see who came in around the time of the burglary. TERRIBLE.....

        If you lose a ticket they try to charge you $200. I park here hundreds of times a year. Horrible customer service. The front entry way is often broken. People get there cars broken into.
