We had an amazing experience with Improovy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The process was smooth and stress free from start to finish. My initial contact was with the consultant, Mike, who was very professional and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the whole process. After making the decision to engage Improovy, Mike connected handed us over to Daniel, the project coordinator, who was also amazing. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We discuss the logistics of the project and went through the scope to ensure there were no surprises. The job itself was done by Manny, Tony, and Christian who were all amazing. Manny, the team lead, was very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Our project was a combination of wall painting and drywall repair and everything was done to perfection. Manny made sure to that we were happy with everything before he left. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Improovy Painters Chicago and will definitively reach out to them for my future painting needs.

Our family feels so lucky to have gotten Alejandro and Manny as our Improovy painters. They were meticulous in every way that matters most when you are spending a good amount of money on a big house project, and let us tell you, THIS was a big project! They were tasked with repairing our cracked walls from a new roof, repairing of patchwork from recent insulation, and maneuvering around our crown molding throughout. Well over 2,500 square feet of beautiful paint work happened here. Alejandro and Manny were on time each morning, communicated their plan, worked around/were flexible with our two dogs and two young children, and did it all with professionalism, kindness and patience. The final walk through was not rushed, they listened to our needs and even noticed certain little imperfections that we didnt and without hesitation, fixed it all. While we do not miss being mid house project, we do miss Alejandro and Mannys laughter, singing and positive energy they brought to our home each day. Improovy needs to hold on tightly to these two! The price was reasonable compared to other quotes we received. The communication from the team we worked with (Alejandro, Manny, Daniel and Mike) is why we chose Improovy for our project.
