Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Went in for samples this weekend and going to look for a diferent location. This store was a little poorly stocked but even worse was the bathroom. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months and had no towels.

I was torn between multiple paint colors and ended up coming into the store because the online visualizer was not cutting it. The store is awesome, very clean and beautiful to shop in. The lighting is good for seeing how colors will actually look. The staff are excellent, always helpful and knowledgeable and willing to share some strong options, or to help you go through the fan deck if you have a specific shade you are looking for. Even when I had to run in with a toddler in tow, they were friendly and warm. Truly an amazing neighborhood experience.

I came in yesterday to get a color match for some touch ups that needed to be done. I was shown the match in the store and it looked good from what I could see. Obviously a speck of wet paint is going to look pretty seamless in the moment so I okayed it. I brought it home, applied the color, let it dry, and the color difference was pretty drastic. It's grey on my white walls. I called to ask if I could come in to get it replaced and they said no because I okayed it. Either they need to get some new technology or be more realistic that sometimes corrections will need to be made, and make an exception. No replacement, no discount, no accountability. So basically I'm paying for their mistake and I'm now stuck with a gallon of paint I can't use. If you need a color match I advise you go somewhere else. Two stars for the helpful employee. One star for the manager who I'm sure could have rectified my problem.
