        I was in the store for 30 minutes picking out paint colors with my family. I found it odd that none of the employees said hello or asked if we needed assistance. We were the only people in the entire store.

        JC Licht is a great place to get Hunter Douglas Shades from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The item was delivered before the delivery date and the installation was awesome. The installer Alex was not only an expert but was very conscientious about cleanliness. He took his shoes off before entering my home, laid his materials on a blanket on my floor to prevent any scratching and had the installation complete in a timely manner quickly. I highly recommend them.
