Due to their awful policies, I called to cancel my appointment. Nobody answered and after prolongated wait time on hold I was forced to leave my number. It took them 2 hours to return my phone call. Not only will I not be back, but also I will recommend patients to stay away. The reason: the way I was treated, makes me question the quality of care I could be receiving in this joint that does not deserve to be called a clinic.

Discriminated in multiple ways, discharged without saving medical history in the system after a surgery with 3-day hospital stay (unable to get a help with pain after surgery), not performed service charged, and a bill dispute was ignored, yet a debt collector calls instead. Overall, it is complete nonsense and wasting time and energy to even interact with this hospital. How can I trust my body and life to an unorganized, uncommunicative, and inhumane place? Maybe they have some skillful doctors but absolutely failing opperations!!

Worst experience I ever had in a clinic clinic is overrated and theyre only out for money to pay for the facility went there for a hand problem had surgery one week was put back in the hospital after I get out the following Friday had surgery another week got out was still in my postop and they were charging me and I discussed it with them that it was still in my postop they decided to put it on my credit report worst place ever be careful theyre only out for money this is a private service and they could build what they want to be your worst service ever not only are they looking out for themselves theyre looking out for other services as well like infectious disease and so on be careful very very bad clinic very very badBad service the doctor I had I wont call his name very unprofessional and quick and really dont give a blank

Worst office I have ever dealt with for surgery! Collection calls daily BEFORE surgery, even though you CAN pay your deductible on the day of surgery at checkin. Billing representatives lie. This is not a medical office that is interested in healthcare. Was scheduled for 6am surgery slot, arrive on time after 90 min drive into city, only to be told my surgery was changed to NOON because the billing office told surgery center that I wasn't going to be able to pay my deductible (absolute lie!) NOONE called to advise me that my time was changed. Forgot to call?! Really!? They called every other patient on the schedule to move them up, but failed to call ME!??! This place is a joke! Not one person will assist and their, "We are so sorry .. can we have your proof of payment please" statements can be stuck where the sun doesn't shine! They are about the almighty buck! Stay away if you want your sanity!
