Thank you to Dr. Patel and Jeff. I enjoyed the experience from exam to final purchase. Professional, friendly service and good selection. Also they had great patience with my 4 year old when he was there for my fitting...thank you for that as well!!! I highly recommend them.
They also have specials and theme days:-)

AN EMAIL I SENT DIRECTLY TO DR. PATEL: Unsure who this email will reach, but I would like to just bring it to your attention that you have a very rude and unfriendly female staff member who is answering your phone and directing patients. She is very impatient, unprofessional and comes across extremely condescending.  I understand it is the end of the year and business is busy, however that does not excuse the terrible customer service that I have experienced when I've merely called to update my insurance and attempt to get an appointment. It is also certainly not the service that I've come to know and appreciate from your office. You and Jeff have always made me feel like family when I've come there. Extremely diligent, professional and patient. Unfortunately, due to some insurance changes (that your staff member seemed to care less about and offered no other resolution), I won't be able to return there. But even if I could, I would think twice so that I wouldn't have to deal with her. Hopefully, your other customers have a more pleasant experience than I've had these few days when I've been attempting to schedule an appointment and resolve my insurance issues, so that you are able to provide my exam.  I really thought you would like to know who is negatively representing your establishment and I will be sharing this unpleasant experience with Yelp.
