Very friendly staff. Cinthia helped me process my purchase. She was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient explaining different lense material. Doctor Hok very friendly and was able to answer the questions and concerns I had. I will recommend this Location to family and friends

This location is terrible! I haven't gone to LensCrafters in a few years but my insurance switched so I had no choice. I was in and out of the eye doctor for an eye exam in 15 minutes. She was very unkind and rushed through the exam. I then went to the sales floor to pick out a pair of frames and no one seemed interested in helping me decide. I was off to figure it out all on my own and found a few pairs I like. The assistant store manager then helped me decide between the only three pairs that I could find to fit my face that they had on the sales floor. She took a picture of how the frames looked on my face and I paid and left. Go to pick up my glasses and they were extremely loose on my face so I wanted them adjusted. The same assistant store manager said that she could not bend the frames in because my prescription was so high. So I left, took them home and came back the following day to where a gentleman helped me. I explained that I couldn't see out of them and they needed to be bent in a little bit because of my stigmatism. He said that was weird that the previous person wouldn't bend them in for me and had no problems. After doing this I still couldn't see and explained how I instantly got dizzy and had a headache and they were too strong. He said my eyes just need to adjust and to give it a couple weeks. I gave it a few days and still have extreme headaches in the point where I'm getting migraines and cannot walk while wearing them. Went back tonight. I talked to the same guy, to explain I still can't see out of them and I don't want to return them. I explained. I think the girl who initially measured my eyes must have messed up. He said that's impossible and I'll have to schedule another appointment to see that eye doctor and get my eyes remeasured. This has been the most frustrating experience and I will never be back after I figure out this glasses situation. Everyone is so cold and unfriendly at this location. Because I'm the person I am. I called my old eye doctor and asked them to forward over my prescription. The LensCrafters optometrist actually measured the axis of both eyes wrong. Between the poor customer service and the optometrist not being able to do her job correctly. I advise everyone to stay far away from this place.
