        This was one of my best overall experiences at a tire shop. The manager Mike was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when helping me select new tires. The other employees on site were very polite and friendly as well. THANKS

        The staff member submitted my rebate In January right from the counter I am still waiting for the Michelin rebate in April. Told today Belle did not submit the paperwork until recently. Now I have to wait a further 3 to 4 weeks. They did install 4 Michelin tires but lost the alignment report, which they had to do the alignment again.
