I rent from them as a tenant and there are so many opportunities with nice space and amenities. I love the old school architect! Its been a great experience!!! SDH Professional Office Building is a comfortable work space. The general utilities are operable and in good working condition. The bathrooms are clean, clutter free, and smell good too. The buildings overall is homely, quiet, and clean. They take pride in serving their clients with new utilities and renovations. Our contact was very communicable and open as they accepted our special requests, and continue to be open and willing with their service to this day. The bldg manager interacts with our children and is always smiling and speaking positivity. SDH is a space where we feel accepted & loved. Also, parking is easy with the lot on the side thats connected to the bldg.
