EDIT TO ORIGINAL: Do not come here. They will avoid helping you at all costs in search of a quick buck. They "cannot find the card" I put on file, refuse to communicate with me, and have sent me multiple invoices totaling $1000 since I've terminated my agreement. I do not trust this company, and nor should you. Steer clear of spaces and go find a reputable company to work with.

BUYER BEWARE!! This should be zero or negative stars. Worst corporate customer service ever! When I signed the lease the area manager told me they allowed dogs in the building, then another tenant's dog bit someone and they banned all dogs. When I canceled my lease due to this, they attempted to return my security deposit to the wrong individual causing my bank to return it. We are now three months later with still no refund. The corporate customer service department is in the Philippines and will not take phone calls, only email the same with any manager higher than the area leasing manager (who has literally no authority). This morning they told me I must wait another week for them to process my refund correctly. Ridiculous!

It is a little pricey, but the folks who manage this space are a dream to work with.

This review is not actually Abdou the office, but on one of the apartments they lease./ 850 W margate terrace apt#404. The building have lots of insects the water comes out rusty. Theres no proper insulation between the floors which make you hear neighbors walking around.
