The Branch Family Institute

Ok so what do I have to say about the Family Branch first of all I never would have started this journey im on if I had not said something to shantel. The branch paired me up with the right therapist MRS TAYLOR is the best!!! I say that because I have grown so much during this time. I had emotional issues I was like a walking sprite bottle that you shake up and it explodes all over the place. I still have emotional issues but the difference is I have coping skills and tools to use in daily life. I have learned self love I can finally look at my self in the mirror and love what I see. I couldn't do that before why? Because I cared more about what society thought of me instead of me thinking that I am beautiful in and out. I never thought I was beautiful or pretty all I saw was a fat person looking back at me. I am still fat but thats okay I am okay in my own body. I am making improvements each day that passes but im on my journey and I'm enjoying every minute of it!!!

My counselor Shereen Taylor is very knowledgeable and caring. She gave me lots of tools to use in various situations when going through life challenges. I would highly recommend Branch.

I wish I didnt have to give any star ! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL Ive called this place 2 times trying to set up an appointment with Brenda Thompson the first day I called I came in contact with the receptionist who was trying to charge my health insurance when I told her I was going through my job she knew nothing about that and told me she was going to call me back once her manager got out of a meeting and guess what . She never called back ! So I called back the next morning spoke to one of the therapists tried to explain to her what happen she cut me off saying that she has my information and that someone was gone to be in contact with me soon to make the appointment and guess what 1 week later Im writing this review!!!!! Ill b calling my job and telling them not to send people here EVER !
