      image Tried to call on behalf of an elderly person I was concerned about to see what services they could receive and was unable to get through. The automated system continued to ask for my zip code, never connected me to a representative as the message said was an option. I cannot imagine many elderly people being able to navigate this and receive services. Very disappointed as based on the website and marketing they have received, this seemed very promising. This is so needed but if no one can contact the service I am unsure what good it does.
