        10-26-23, no hot water since 4 p.m. no manager or maintenance in building, no reply to emails or calls. Worst management company EVER,!! Won't put money into fixing what's wrong, instead wants to do insane projects and displace residents who cannot pack up an entire apartment to do so. Poor communication, minor tenant harassment, building manager parks in the only handicapped spot, but is not handicapped. Building is not thoroughly cleaned. Shameful...
