The personnel of this place were absolutely rude and unprofessional, their system charged me 3x for parking space when I only stayed 1 night. I asked if they could give me a receipt but the receipt said that they charged me 1 single night of parking. I asked again to get something in writing that said that I could get my refund but all the manager said was that they couldnt do that. Really? The manager couldnt give me a written note stating that they would cancel the extra 2 days of parking that I wasnt even using! Be careful people, these people were rude, over charged me and on top of that treated me very poorly. I asked if I could at least record the audio of him saying that they look into it and he said no. I did tell him to at least repeat himself to what he had said and showed him my phone that I wasnt recording him (which I truly wasnt), he just turned around and said that if I didnt understand what he had said it was not his problem. Again, RUDE, and very unprofessional.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The hotel manager was very racist, and the parking was bad as hell, also they double charged my card, if you are thinking about staying at this hotel think not twice but four times and look around somewhere else. Only thing was good is our room was clean like they said. But they do need bigger bathrooms with more space. Even though this was a turn around trip I will not stay here any more.

Rooms weren't huge but were extremely clean and comfortable. Definitely a little noisy in the entry way in the morning so if you want to sleep in that may be difficult. Parking is 37 dollars a day which is a little more than a garage but your car is just outside your room. Lots to do within walking distance and short walk to public transportation.
