        (State St. location) I went to do a cash advance got turned away just saying machine didn’t work at state location not Lincoln park. it does employee didn’t want to read the procedure per the banks directive) I wasn’t offered nearby locations (there are about 3 in the vicinity)I was given attitude. I understand the transactions presents a level of risk, but I’m a bank customer and had all appropriate documentation. This is why their customer score keeps dropping, when they used to be number 1. Horrible experience.

        It would be great if the public could access the branch but if you are not a DePaul current student or staff you can't access the building so not good, that should be posted on their website
