Dylan and his team are amazing and so helpful in helping us to buy our first home. Our FIRST lender was unreachable when we were ready to put in an offer and one call to Dylan and 20 minutes later we had what we needed to make an offer! Dylan and his team at US Bank helped make our mortgage approval process smooth and efficient. Dylan's highly responsive and makes himself fully available to his clients by email, phone call, text, whatever your preferred medium, often responding well outside of normal hours to help keep things on track. Dylan understands the bond market (which affects how mortgage rates change), and works hard to track market movements and key economic indicators so that as his client I felt well-informed on what to expect during the period from initial application to rate lock and closing. The other members of Dylan's team were also communicative and efficient when working through the paperwork, and the US Bank mortgage portal was simpler and easier to navigate than my previous experience securing a mortgage at a big box bank. We'd have no hesitation working with Dylan again in future!

He checked in regularly, answered all of my questions (of which I had many), and always did so with a smile and a true desire to make sure that I understood what he was saying and comfortable with the process.
