Larry Minutillo is a phenomenal loan officer. Very responsive and knowledgeable, with the skills to close loans in multiple states. When we ran into an unexpected title issue two days before closing, Larry and his team handled the issue with ease and care, with clear and quick communications. We were able to resolve the issue between all parties and close on time. I highly recommend Larry for home buyers in both Illinois and Florida!

We had to buy a house for my elderly father. My father did not have the funds to purchase on his own. So, we turned to Larry who turned us onto a program so that we can get a lower interest rate on the property. Larry made things easier and made the deal happen. We did not have any problems. Unlike other horror stories Larry ALWAYS called back and he showed up at the closing to make sure everything matched as promised. Kudos to Larry!
