Chicago Auto Repair is the best repair shop I've ever used. Hands down. No second thoughts. They are the best.
I first brought my car to Chicago Auto Repair a few years ago. I think I first went in for brakes. After that, I knew I'd be back the next time I needed something fixed. The service was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was truly impressed by my experience.
Now, a few years after my first visit, I can say with confidence that I am still thoroughly impressed by these guys. Not only have I had some more work done on my car, but I've also had my wife's car serviced. On top of that, I told all my coworkers to to try this shop (I work down the street) and they were always completely satisfied as well. Between my car, my wife's car and my friends' cars, Chicago Auto Repair has fixed brakes, replaced catalytic converters, fixed clutches, repaired tires, changed oil, worked on steering systems, and on and on. Oh yeah, I should mention that their prices are fair, very fair. I'd even go so far as to say they are great. I know of several instances where people have taken their cars to other shops and have returned to this shop to have their repairs done for far less. I am one of those people.
To finish up this review I'd like to say that if your dad or brother (or sister) is a mechanic, or if you're super satisfied with your guy...good for you...BUT if you have any doubts about your mechanic you really should try this place. You'd be foolish not to. You will be greeted with honesty, confidence, good prices and very skilled service. Like I said, these guys are the best.
