It was always disclosed what the marketing cost would be and that you knew before it could be communicated on my end, you beat me to the punch and told me yourself that it would be a loss due to the short time the property was held and then to be liquidated in a buyer's market. Multiple offers were received even then still. Again, the marketing cost was disclosed first and foremost and, it being that you've closed multiple properties, it was evident that you knew what to expect. It surprised and also hurt that you didn't know what was disclosed from the start as the marketing was aggressive, which brought the many offers whereby you were able to close quickly. With closing being rescheduled, it was shared that I would not be able to attend. Any real estate attorney would advise the same as doing otherwise would be a breach of contract. Again, I'm hurt that after working so hard to get multiple offers and close in our current market, that you are not glad. Any loss is unfavorable and to get you through quickly at market value, as time is money, would be be celebrated by many.
