Deb was a great agent for me. There were a few reasons. First, she really knows the neighborhoods. This meant she could tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each neighborhood I was considering and help me focus my search. She really knows Chicago! Second, she was great at checking my expectations when they were too high and bolstering them when they were too low. As a result, I was able to avoid some places that were priced too high and I was also able to reach an equitable agreement with the sellers of the place I eventually bought. Finally, she was available to an incredible degree. I could reach her on short notice, and she arranged some great tours when I was in town. I always knew I could depend on her. If I buy a place in Chicago ever again, I'll be going with Deb again. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Chicago.
