Samuel Ciochon is the best Chicago realtor! We met in college through athletics and have become life long friends. It has been amazing to see how successful he has become in his professional life! Samuel has helped me 4 times now over the last 8 years. In 2014 he helped me find my first rental apartment in Wrigleyville. Not wanting to mix business with friendship, I asked him to then refer me to a colleague to buy my first condo in Lakeview and stayed on in a consultation role which helped me through the first time home buying experience. Samuel Ciochon is the best Chicago realtor! We have done three transactions together. He sold me my first condo in Lincoln Park and sold it for a premium, then helped me purchase my new condo in West Loop. We had a timing mishap due to our buyer for the sale of my condo that resonated in a timing issue of my buy. Between Samuel and my lender they created 14 alternative solutions to make the transaction work in time. I am very happy with where Ive landed over the course of nine years. Samuel is responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and fun! I am a strong type A, corporate-minded individual and he is willing and able to adjust his style to match. Not to mention, Samuel has a whole host of connections hes hooked me up with the best attorneys, mortgage lender, inspectors, painters, flooring pros, general contractors, and more, going beyond just sales to helping me make my condo a home.
