Chris is fantastic to work with! From the first day we met him, and even after closing. Very responsive to all questions, no matter how trivial they may seem. Chris was on the ball with the sale of our house securing multiple offers, as well as making sure the offer on our purchase was strong enough to secure it. What set Chris apart from any other agent Ive ever worked with was his communication with the lender and the buyers whole team, making sure our deals did not fall apart at the last minute. Chris is HIGHLY recommended !!!!!

I wasn't sure about buying a house; way too many doubts and concerns. However most of those issues can be solved with a good realtor, especially the budget issue. I went into the process unsure, Chris was there to make sure I wouldn't overreach financially; on top of finding a property my wife and I could afford comfortably, he got us a deal that was completely beyond unbelievable, we had to bring less than 5k to closing. To be completely honest I couldn't imagine buying a house ever again without Chris

When selling our home, we had a difficult situation with the buyers during the inspection. Chris was able to navigate leverage our position even though we were in a tough spot because the issues were major that anyone would brought wouldve brought up by listening to his advice, we were able to work out a deal where we didnt have to fix the issue prior to closing. Still got it done and meet a healthy profit. Super happy to have had him on my side he doesnt back down when it comes time to protect our profit

My my wife and I were getting relocated from further south to the north side of Chicago and we had an owned our home long enough. Chris was able to work out a tenant situation that covered our mortgage and profit which qualified us for the new home. He then with his lending partner, got us an FHA loan with super minimal down and closing costs and locked up a very beautiful home that we were excited about, and ultimately wanted the day we saw it during negotiations he was an expert.
